Writing a Blurb for a Book

Writing the book feels easy compared to writing the 350 word blurb for the ISBN number. Consider Ally's collection of 19 short stories. She could write the blurb to say: This is a collection of stories about all kinds of love... endless, beyond morals, fatherly....etc... but it doesn't give you a real sense of what the book is about. So she decided to write a short blurb for each story. That ended up being over 700 words. After a grueling hour or so, she managed to strip each story down to one, short sentence, like the one liners from a Balderdash Game
In this collection of short stories, Ally Allowinter writes about different types of love.
